Return and Refund Policy

Return of security deposit: $300 refundable damage deposit.

Upon renter's completion of his/her obligations, the owner shall return the renters the security deposit minus any amounts deemed necessary to repair damages inflicted upon the venue by the renter and/or renter's guest or any other person who enters the venue during the rental period.

RESERVATIONS

To reserve the venue, you must pay a 30% non-refundable retainer fee at the time of booking. your date is not secured until a retainer has been paid. The retainer fee is applied towards the balance of your venue rental. The balance is due 14 days prior to your event. You can potentially forfeit you retainer if your balance is not paid in full.
